Phases 1 and 2 for complete replacement of roof including new substructure and Welsh slate. Restoration of all masonry, chimneys, parapets, copings and leadwork.

Replacement of floor structure - all box frame sash windows were produced by our own bespoke joinery workshops to the south east and west wings and including the replacement and repairs of all masonry on those elevations.
