This award-winning project involved the retention of an L shaped façade including the restoration of the existing masonry and roofline dorma including rebuilding a new timber framed structure including a large glazed atrium to the rear.

The scheme involved many energy conservation features and included the installation of solar heating and photovoltaic cells.

Our company undertook the scheme for Design and Build which won numerous awards including Winner of the RIBA UK Award, Commendation for Technical Excellence, Institute of Architectural Technologies, Gold Medal for Architecture, Royal National Eisteddfod, National Housing Award for Innovation in Wales, Chartered Institute of Housing and City and County of Swansea Lord Mayor’s Design Award.
